How do I order a SIM or an eSIM?
You can simply select your product based on the country or countries you are travelling to. Please select the plan which is most suitable to you, and then select the form i.e. SIM or eSIM. In case you are still not sure which product to select, please give us a chance to help you by calling on the number mentioned on the home page or get is touch with us on live chat.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, You can Cancel the Order Untill Activation. After Activation cannot Cancel. Note Cancelation charges will be Applied.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
How to activate the eSim?
On successful purchase of an E-Sim you will receive a QR code on your email address provided at the time of booking, you need to scan the QR code to install the eSim on to your phone. Please do check if your phone is compatible for esim from list of compatible device for apple phones, android or other phones.
What will be my Mobile Number ? And can I use my existing Indian Mobile Number?
We provide Local SIM Card of the country of Travel. Your existing number will also be operational, you can choose any line for outgoing calls. Incoming calls can be received on both the numbers, (you need to Activate the International Roaming on your Indian number check with local network oprater)
What is the validity of the plan?
Depending upon the plan you buy, the validity will come accordingly.
Is my device eSIM compatible?

How much time does it take for my Sim to get activated?
Your sim will be activated as per the date of your choice. validity will be start after Activation. Most travellers choose to Activate 1 day before date of their departure
What documents are required to buy the SIM?
